About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Leads Finder Executive to join our business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential customer leads from online platforms, directories, forums, and databases. Your research and lead generation efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and collect relevant contact information for potential clients using online platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, forums, and company websites.
Validate and organize leads based on specific target criteria provided by the sales or marketing team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Work closely with the outreach or sales team to pass on high-quality, verified leads for follow-up.
Monitor industry trends and identify new sources of potential customers.
Deliver daily and weekly reports on lead volume and quality metrics.
Ensure all lead collection methods comply with data privacy and communication regulations.
Requirements:
Strong online research skills and attention to detail.
Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Google search, and online databases for information gathering.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily targets.
Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales funnels and target audience profiling.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
