Online Presence and Competitor Analysis For Home Inspection Company

Review and compare our online presence versus our top 20 local competitors.
Goals:
•Analyze 20 of our local competitor websites, and overall online presence to identify strengths and weaknesses. I’d like to suggest 30 minutes of research per company.
• Make recommendations to do whatever it takes to make our online presence better than theirs, so when a potential customer is comparing companies – they choose us.
• Help us evaluate and enhance our entire online presence, including our website, Google Business page, and social media (social media is much less of a priority in this industry, but I’m open to minor adjustments or even the removal of access to them if recommended), and anything else that seems relevant.
• Break down and explain to me what would make a customer choose any of the other companies over us, then show me how we can make the improvements to make sure they don’t choose anyone but us (if the only factor is our online presence/website)

• What's making people who compare us to our competitors’ websites/online presence choose them and not us?
• * Social media is a low priority. Please do not emphasize social media comparison. This is rarely something that potentials customers refer to when comparing their options.**
• * Experience as real estate agent or marketing in real estate industry recommended (but not required)**
