Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an SEO & Media Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our digital presence, increasing organic traffic, and managing media campaigns across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits, optimizing website content, metadata, and technical SEO elements, monitoring and analyzing website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Additionally, the candidate will plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels, develop audience targeting strategies for digital ad campaigns, optimize ad performance based on KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA. Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital media management, proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog, ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress preferred but not mandatory.
