Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Specialist
Job Summary:
The Amazon Marketplace Specialist will manage and optimize all aspects of our presence on the Amazon platform. This includes product listings, inventory management, marketing campaigns, and customer service. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions images, and keywords.
2. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and timely replenishment.
3. Stay up to date with Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all aspects of our presence on the platform.
4. Conduct market research to identify Amazon's trends and competitive landscape.
5. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
6. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
7. Monitor customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and resolving any issues.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product packaging, pricing, and promotions.
+. Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend strategies to enhance our Amazon presence.
10. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop competitive advantage strategies.
11. Monitor and manage product rankings and visibility on Amazon search results.
12. Optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic traffic and sales.
13. Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
14. Stay updated on Amazon's advertising options and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
15. Provide regular reports and updates on Amazon sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Amazon Marketplace Specialist or similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce and online retail
