ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator to join our fun and friendly Onsite Operations team on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week. This role is responsible for the coordination of various onsite services including, but not limited to: clinical personnel supply, health/medical assessments, drug and ******* screening, health and wellbeing programs, injury prevention, and vaccinations; as well as supporting our office administrative functions to ensure a professional and efficient service is delivered to our clients. This role may be based at our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne office locations.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Coordinate the on-site client services.
Assist with client queries as required.
Maintaining our enquiries mailbox and phone line.
Preparing proposals and reports.
Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain stock and supplies to support service delivery
Managing a casual pool of staff, including rostering and payroll activities
General administration and customer service.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
Experience in program coordination from client enquiry through to service delivery and billing
Proven experience within a customer-facing role
Organised with strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills including Database Management, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
Availability to be part of the on call roster
Experience working in the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
Travel may be required on an occasional basis
