We are looking for proactive and customer-friendly professionals to join our Attendance Calling Team. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring student engagement by reaching out to them for attendance purposes and encouraging them to join their sessions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call students to remind them about their scheduled sessions and ensure timely attendance.
• Encourage participation by addressing any concerns and motivating students to join their classes.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents, providing necessary information about their sessions.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
• Track attendance data and report any recurring absenteeism to the relevant teams for follow-up.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Flexibility with work hours to accommodate customer time zones and business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information exchange and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in handling CRM tools and other communication platforms (training provided if required).
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Work-from-office availability and readiness to adapt to dynamic workflows.
