Full job description
Chatbudds is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage and optimize internal processes while supporting digital marketing and communication functions. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Meta Ads, CRM systems, technology tools, and WhatsApp marketing, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate and support Meta Ads campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and performance.
Troubleshoot basic tech-related issues or coordinate with the tech team for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of operational processes and data.
Assist with client onboarding and communications where required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
Knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and WhatsApp marketing tools.
Technologically sound and quick to adapt to new software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in tech, marketing, or SaaS-based companies.
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
