● We are looking for a Back office executive having basic knowledge about corporate culture and its requirements.

● The goal is to work efficiently and help in all the back office and documentation work in order to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities: ● To manage client’s documentation file records and update about the status of pending documents to the respective authority.

● Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.

● Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

● Assisting the Front Office team.

● Basic knowledge of financial and accounting Requirements:

● Experience of 1 to 2 years in the corporate field.

● Experience in managing the files and document

● Professionalism and outgoing personality

● Outstanding Organizational and Multi – tasking abilities.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Excellent Problem Solving Skills

Key Skills/Experience: Qualifications: Education level- Must have completed graduation (preferably B.COM)

Specific skills: Excellent communication preferably Hindi, English, Gujrati & proficient in Microsoft Office.

Personal characteristics: Committed and reliability are key to this role. Well-presented and portrays the company in a professional manner. Excellent telephone manner. Understands the meaning of good customer service. Keen to learn new skills within the team. Ability to do multi tasks under pressure
