Operation Executive

1. Co-ordination with Logistics Service Providers
• Handling Escalations External.
• Reconciliation of Open shipments, proactively closure.
• Keep track of quality, delivery times and efficiency.
• Well versed with non-Delivery of shipment process. (NDR)
• Maintains proper KPI / Trackers.
• Data Management & Reporting, Share daily update to management
• Responsible for Monthly Order Upload process for all Brands
• Order status updates in the system with integration
• Returns/Reverse Management
• Checking billing details for payments.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as
required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and
reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels
shelves.
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and
assisting customers.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Knowledge of logistics systems, Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations.
Analytical skills
Ability to work well with teams, Organisation skills, Quality management skills.
Works well with SLA.
Ability to contribute individually to greater goal.
Understanding of transportation issues, Knowledge of logistics subset.
Experience working in logistics preferred 1-3 years.
Attention to detail, strong management skill.
Communication, both verbal and written

Problem solving.
Candidate from E-commerce industry preferred.
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of Indian geography.
Knowledge of Pickup and Delivery TATs with justification.
Knowledge of Statutory requirements for movement of goods PAN India.
Details of Logistics Service Providers operating in India with knowledge of their strength and
weakness.
Knowledge of track and trace system and solutions.
Good in Excel & Power Point for data analysis and presentations
