Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of projects, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance overall performance.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues.
