Requirement:
Graduate in B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. BBA, M.A., M.Com. are only eligible.
0 to 1 years of experience in backend operations, customer support.
Open to work in rotational shifts.
Currently in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate ASAP.
Responsibilities
• Processing and Quality checking.
• Process reporting and training.
• Queue Allocation & Management.
• Update SOPs and other process documents.
• Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
• Process improvement.
• Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
