Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement
• 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience
• A Bachelor’s /Master’s degree or comparable work experience required
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Critical thinking, data analysis , process improvement mindset and ability to multitask
• Experience in Time & Attendance, Employee Life cycle, Benefits, and Reporting functionality preferred
Responsibilities
• Employee life cycle administration processes such as hiring, conducting background checks, Compensation changes, leave and benefits administration, terminations, and employee files administration for US, UK, HK, Australia, Canada, and Dubai employees
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, processes, and systems in a multi-state environment
• Provide seamless and client focused support to our employees, responding to questions and resolving issues timely, throughout the employee lifecycle
• Follow Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows
• Participate, contribute, and lead the proactive review and implementation of process improvements
• Maintain employee data, including processing changes, auditing the data, and supporting future self-service initiatives.
• First point of contact for employee benefits and systems issues
• Support HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates and testing new features
• Ability to communicate well with all levels
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
• Work closely with Overseas HR leader in terms of setting up of a new entity across globe. Support in establishing the mandatory/statutory policies (leave and other stat policies) from a local regulations perspective, understand local employment regulations and help in drafting the employment agreements
