Position - Operations & Customer Care Executive
Years of Experience - 2-4 years
Professional Qualification - BS/BE/BBA/BComm/ BMS – Experience in CRM, Operations, Logistics
Specific Attributes & Non-Negotiables
- Knowledge of deliveries and backend operations/ logistics
- Ecommerce website background knowledge
- Can handle & learn to manage a basic shopify website
- Good communication skills (talking, email)
- Knowledge of operations processes
- Must have the ability to create and manage relationships across socioeconomic strata
- Futuristic, Conversationalist and Collaborator (Both within and outside the team)
- Must have experience with telecommunications, coordination, and handling logistics
- Build and maintain relations with customers & handle customer grievances
- Can handle basic social media communications & email marketing
- Creating reports in excel and maintaining data
- Has a basic understanding of baby & kids products
Key Performance Areas
- Structured planning & execution based on business direction.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Ecosystem coordination (supply chain, customers, internal relations).
- Publishing CRM reports
