We are one of India's foremost distributors with a strong focus on pharma-grade excipients, proudly representing renowned European principals who trust our capabilities. For over 14 years, we have served some of the most reputed pharmaceutical companies in the country. With a ready inventory of over 200 pharma-grade products, we ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and seamless supply chain reliability.

As we launch a first-of-its-kind, next-generation B2B e-commerce platform, we are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team.

Job Title: Operations & Sourcing Executive – Excipients

Location: Thane

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant background may also apply)
Industry: Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemicals / E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Identification & Management

Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers, especially in the pharma excipients sector.
Evaluate and onboard vendors in line with company quality and operational standards.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.
Negotiation & Cost Optimization

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to drive cost efficiencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
Vendor Performance & Risk Mitigation

Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve quality or compliance issues.
Identify potential risks (e.g. supply chain disruption, vendor reliability) and implement mitigation plans.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations related to excipients and sourcing.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and procurement functions.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

A graduate/postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Academic Background

B.Pharm / M.Pharm
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology)

Job Type: Full-time
