Job description
East Green Advisors (www.eastgreen.in), a SEBI registered PMS, has an exceptional opportunity for a self-driven Finance & Operations Manager. In this entry-level role (1-3 years' experience), you'll solve day-to-day operational challenges to support our investment process. This role fast tracks you to become a senior member of the team in a few years time.
Role and responsibilities:
PMS operations
• Trade execution and allocation, including
• Calculations based on buy/sell logic and individual client portfolios
• Coordination with broking and custody partners
• Trade settlement & reconciliation
• Record keeping
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients, statutory bodies or any other stakeholders as needed
• Handle various aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, redemption and fund transfers
• Provide clients with portfolio reports & other requested documents
• Assist in compliance with regulatory requirements and developing documentation for the same
• Prepare and present regular reports on fund performance, risks, and other relevant information to stakeholders
Internal finance
• Liaise with accounting partner and other stakeholders to:
• Process expenses, payroll and any other payouts
• Ensure tax compliance and optimisation (GST, Income tax etc.)
• Manage audits - statutory and internal
• Review expenses vs budget
As we are an entrepreneurial, fast growing set up, the successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to basic administrative work as well as other bespoke tasks (up to 20% of time spent)

Qualification and skills needed:
• Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 year of work experience
• Excellent in Excel/spreadsheets and basic Word/PowerPoint knowledge
• Ability to handle a high level of paperwork and data management with precision
• Go-getter, who can get things done with external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with equity trading
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in fund operations or a similar role in the financial services industry is desired but not essential
