Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Updates & Maintenance

Make necessary updates and changes to customer accounts, such as contact information or account settings.
Perform regular audits to ensure client accounts and related documents are complete and up-to-date.
2. Email Query Management

Respond to client inquiries via email, offering support on account-related issues such as login difficulties, password resets, account freezes, or activation processes.
Provide timely and professional solutions to address client concerns effectively.
3. Document Collection & Verification

Collect and verify necessary documents to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Work closely with clients to cross-check account information and ensure data accuracy.
4. File & Documentation Management

Organize and maintain documents received from payment channels, suppliers, and brokers.
Ensure all files are systematically categorized and accessible for operational needs.
5. Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure that all client transactions and documentation comply with industry regulations.
Monitor for suspicious transactions and escalate them as needed.
Double-check client transaction records and documentation to minimize errors and maintain high data accuracy standards.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Required language(s): Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory), English.
Smart, fast learner with a logical and organized approach to tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
