Responsible for performing daily ongoing productive tasks and identifying and creating efficiencies. Contributes towards developing, updating, and documenting changes to procedures and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service. Provide on-going business support of key customer facing applications; communicating, facilitating, and taking action on issues related to customer/user access and production problems. In addition, assisting in researching, analyzing, and reporting operational data from multiple sources to be used for reporting and departmental metrics. Prepare and implement risk management and quality reporting activities within the group.

Position Responsibilities
• Perform setup and maintenance activities for all requests received related to products and services administered within the CLM department.
• Perform quality review and data integrity activities for all products and services administered within the CLM department.
• Perform data cleanup on applications prior to and/or post project implementation.
• Support clients and customers in the areas of customer and user access, password resets, access troubleshooting, application problem resolution, creation of IM tickets and daily balancing of work.
• Identify and report to management areas where performance fails to meet established performance standards.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
• Participate in creation, review and testing of Business Continuity Plan.
• Participate in internal, external, and other risk exams as required. Ensure appropriate procedures, quality reviews and self-audits are adhered to and are accurate for all regulations.
• Raise awareness or recommend revisions to operational quality and productivity standards as driven by changing client requirements, quality trends or prudent operational practices.

Position Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2 years of banking/financial experience OR 1 year Comerica experience
• 1 year in a customer service or similar position of customer/client interaction

Work Best Category

Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote

Hours

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
