Job description
Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. Their duties include hiring and training vendors and managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. The process includes the installation of various new products or providing service to the already installed product for which the company offers its services in the market.
Responsibilities
• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like job portal apps, Google search, etc, and from offline networks of the company's vendor data for tasks to be done.
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization and making sure the client is satisfied with the job we have done.
• Preparing for meetings via structured agenda for enrollment of the vendors for performing company services
• Position Zockethub as the best choice for the vendor
• Build brand awareness and trust by being professional
• Solve the client grievances and generate positive feedback from the clients by planning and providing best service using onboarded vendors.
• Create presentations, datasheets, and flow charts based on the vendor's requirements(operations team)
• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
• Be the interface between the client and the technical team from
contact to the completion of installation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
Measurement Metrics
• Number of vendors onboarded per month
• Number of positive client feedback per month
• Positive revenue index generated per month
