Responsibilities

Provide inspired leadership for the organisation.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organisations.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Ability to give software demo
Handle on boarding process
Strictly work from office Noida 63 location
Six days a week
Ability to explain software and its feature
Skills

Good problem solving and decision-making skills. This skill-set can possibly be the most important part in identifying problems within the organisation and having the capability to evaluate the relevant action required.
You should have strong communication skills.
Good leadership skills as your main focus will be to effectively convince others on business matters.
