Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the liquid transport division, ensuring the safe and timely loading, transportation, and unloading of liquid cargo.

- Communication Excellence: Utilize excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders via calls, emails, and personal meetings.

- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate command over Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools to create and deliver reports, presentations, and documents.

- Logistics Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize transport routes, minimize costs, and enhance efficiency in liquid cargo movement.

- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, offering guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure flawless task execution.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards in the handling and transportation of hazardous liquid materials.

- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the integrity of liquid cargo during loading, transit, and unloading processes.

- Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to establish strong partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable service delivery.

- Performance Analysis: Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

- Innovative Problem Solving: Proactively address operational challenges by devising innovative solutions that maintain smooth operations and overcome obstacles.

- Budget Oversight: Manage the operational budget, monitor expenses, identify opportunities for cost-saving, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, driving initiatives to elevate operational efficiency and reduce lead times.

- Insightful Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, offering insights into operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in any other field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience within the liquid transport and logistics industry.

- Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions through calls, emails, and personal meetings.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software tools.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
