MrMed is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across various departments including billing, dispatching, logistics management, and more. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Age Criteria - 18 to 26

Key Responsibility Areas:

· Billing and Invoicing – Generate and process accurate invoices for products sold. Verify and cross-check billing data to ensure accuracy.

· Dispatching – Timely dispatch of products to customers, ensuring timely deliveries by generating labels for product dispatch. Choose the optimum courier partner for each delivery and bring issues such as non-servicable pincodes, long delivery timelines, etc to Manager’s notice.

· Logistics Management - Liaise with courier partner and delivery personnel to track shipments and deliver promptly.

· Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.

· Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, dispatch and delivery.

· Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.

· Maintain proper documentation of billing activities for auditing purposes.

Desired Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· 0-2 years of experience as a Operations Executive or similar role in billing, dispatch, etc.

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in using computer including basic software applications, excel, etc.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

· Willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in a team setting.
