Key Responsibilities:
1. Client-Facing Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during deliveries and dispatches, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of products according to client requirements.
3. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and scheduling, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
5. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate the smooth flow of operations.
6. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise during deliveries or dispatches, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and client communications, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the operations workflow, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a product-based company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
