Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.

* Manage the scheduling and posting of content on various social media platforms.

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project status, and deliverables using Excel spreadsheets.

* Ensure timely delivery of design projects and communicate effectively with clients throughout the process.

* Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement processes and procedures.

* Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and social media management.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design or creative agency.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

* Prior experience in social media management is a plus.

* Familiarity with design software and tools is desirable.
