Role Overview

Are you passionate about finance and eager to play a pivotal role in managing relationships and ensuring smooth operations? We’re looking for an Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an impact. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, liaising with fund houses, asset management companies, and clients while handling essential documentation and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for fund houses, asset management companies, mutual funds, and clients. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
• Client Interaction: Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their queries, processing requests, and delivering timely updates. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of all operational documentation, including agreements, reports, and compliance documents. Ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Operational Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of fund transactions, including documentation, processing, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution of investment processes.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory standards. Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, client interactions, and other key metrics.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Proven experience in operations, client management, or a related role in the financial services industry. Knowledge of fund houses, asset management, and mutual funds is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
