About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze mystery audit reports submitted by field auditors to ensure adherence to company standards, client requirements, and evaluation criteria

2. Conduct thorough assessments of audit data, including observations, findings, and recommendations, to identify inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies

3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation, including photos, receipts, and supporting evidence, to validate audit findings

4. Collaborate with the audit operations team to address discrepancies identified during quality reviews, providing feedback and guidance to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly

5. Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols, checklists, and guidelines to standardize the auditing process and improve overall quality control

6. Provide training and support to field auditors on quality standards, evaluation criteria, and best practices for conducting mystery audits

7. Generate regular reports and insights on audit quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement for management and relevant stakeholders

8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
