Job Title- Operations Expert, Associate

Location- Jaipur

Role Description

This role within consumption management team requires managing various contracts, The individual will be responsible for Creation and managing PO. Create forecast based on contract changes, current spend, and consumption outlook basis budget. Track and report invoices against PO to provide cost analysis. Identify disputes and raise them with vendors and engage stakeholders to resolve disputes.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Create forecast based on contract changes, current spend, and consumption outlook basis budget.
• Creates purchase requisitions.
• Maintain and update POs based on invoice amounts and trends.
• Manage review and approval of service costs.
• Communication to Suppliers of approved consumption amounts to be invoiced.
• Manage review and approval of invoices.
• Performs Goods Receipt in dbBuyer to initiate vendor payment.
• Track and report invoices against PO to provide cost analysis.
• Identify disputes and raise them with vendors and engage stakeholders to resolve disputes.

Your Skills And Experience
• 8+ years of experience, preferrable Source to Pay.
• Strong technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as in a team setting. Work in global teams across different time zones and within a matrix environment
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
