This role follows a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work
We offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate individual needs while maintaining team collaboration
Act as the ‘CFO’ for Global Operations, providing financial insights and guidance to the Vice President of Global Operations
Develop and implement financial strategies that support operational objectives and drive business growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with the company's long-term strategic goals
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Operations
Provide in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate waste
Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets
Develop and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company assets
Work closely with key cross-functional partners to support integrated business planning and decision-making
Drive alignment between financial and operational metrics to enhance overall business performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the ‘CFO’ for Global Operations, providing financial insights and guidance to the Vice President of Global Operations.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial plans with the company's long-term strategic goals.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with significant FP&A experience.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role supporting Operations.
• Proven ability to drive change; standardize process and procedure; build and maintain a strong performance and accountability culture.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP S4/Hana is strongly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
