Full job description
We are seeking to employ someone with a clear understanding of hotel housekeeping operations.
Due to the travel requirements of the role, the ideal person should live or around the Birmingham/West Midlands area. Please note that the role will require travel due to the nature of the role and our business.
Who are we and what do we do?
Lime FMS is a vibrant company providing outsourced housekeeping services to the hotel industry. The company works with a number of key clients across the country delivering quality services. This is an exciting opportunity to joining a developing company.
What are we looking for?
Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are now seeking to employ an Operations Manager, to manage a variety of sites.
You will be based from home but travelling three to four days per week to be on site.
About you...
You have a clear and demonstrable understanding of how a housekeeping department within a hotel operates and you are happy to manage and support a number of staff within this department
You will be currently in a similar role or ready to step up from a senior housekeeping role.
You have experience/understand the entire process within a Housekeeping department
You have demonstrable team management and leadership skills
You have an understanding of budgets
You are willing to travel and hold a full clean driving licence
Have successfully managed projects
The important information:
You must hold a clean and valid UK driving licence.
You must be flexible to travel and to work weekends when necessary, depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
