1. Overseeing volunteer league and tournament directors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality playing experiences, including advising the CU Board on the appointment of volunteer directors when needed.
2. Performing administrative and marketing tasks to prepare for and promote leagues and tournaments and assisting with relevant grant applications as directed by the CU Board.
3. Providing regular reports to the CU Board and UV’s General Manager on operational matters, including how leagues and tournaments are operating and attending Board meetings as required.
4. Advising the CU Board on opportunities to improve league or tournament operations, such as improving quality, accessibility, or participation rates, and supporting implementation of operational improvements.
5. Advising on and providing operational support to new and existing player recruitment activities and development programs, with particular focus on programs which:
a. Attract new players to the sport and teach fundamental skills
