Job Description
We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
You will also be assisting our Communication department when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Successful candidates will have prior experience in operations management or leadership position in the eCommerce, BPO, or IT domain.
Responsibilities:
Train, lead and motivate the team to go above and beyond
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policies, planning, and strategic decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Work with the C-Level Executives to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations when needed.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Help us, onboard new B2B clients.
Qualifications
Must have 5 years of experience in management, operations, or in any leadership role.
Past experience in leading a team of 50+ employees.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among clients, managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience dealing with US clients/customers preferably B2B.
Expertise in managing and supervising teams.
