The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Coordination for Projects

2) Handling CRM portal and ERP Portal.

3) Coordination with various sector clients.

4) Data in Excel

5) Data Uploading.

6) Document collection and sorting. Monitoring and collecting Data on ongoing projects. Any other tasks related to Projects.

7) Coordination with Ground Team through phone, mail, and messages.

8) Coordination with clients through phone, mail, messages, and office visits.

+) Ensuring updating of company work on the company's social media channels.

10) Ensuring complete retrieval of data from the Ground Team both in hard copy and soft copy forms.

11) Checking and reporting sector updates from client and government sites and social media channels daily.

12) Expansion of field associates network pan-India through calls, emails, and messages.

13) Representing the company in client events as and when required.

14) Proper storage of company data both in hard copy and soft copy forms on hard disks, servers, files, folders, and warehouse cartons.

15) Verification of data sent by the Ground Team.

16) Data uploading on portals, handling operations work on portals.

17) Data management on portals, excel spreadsheets, and Word files.

18) Collaborates with other team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morals, and uphold company values.

Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders, and escalates to appropriate level when required Established and maintained credible, professional relationships with clients, field agents, and clients.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple projects within the business
• Should be able to lead a team
