Position: Operations Manager

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Reports to: Head of Operations

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the operational setup and ongoing management of Byde’s services, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. This role includes team management, process optimisation, and driving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Setup
• Establish processes and workflows for onboarding, training, and monitoring service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technology solutions for efficient operations.
• Ensure that all operational protocols comply with company policies and standards.

Team Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor the operations team, including Executives and support staff.
• Set performance objectives and regularly evaluate team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Service Excellence
• Oversee the onboarding, vetting, and training of service providers.
• Monitor service quality and address performance issues proactively.
• Develop and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Client & Vendor Relationships
• Act as a key contact for high-priority clients and premium service providers.
• Work closely with the call center and concierge teams to manage escalations.
• Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure retention and engagement.

Strategic Planning & Reporting
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
• Contribute to strategic planning to enhance service delivery and expand operations.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and tools, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
• 10 Lpa fixed with 2 Lpa Variables
