A Day in the Life

As a Project Support Co-ordinator at My Smart Office, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Administration:

Managing project schedules and budgets.
Coordinating with clients and suppliers.
Preparing project reports and presentations.
Financial Management:

Managing creditors and accounts payable.
Processing invoices and expense reports.
Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with colleagues and external partners.
Ensuring effective communication and project progress updates.
Requirements:

Relevant experience in construction or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
