Role: Principal Software Engineer/Architect

Role Introduction:

We are looking for Principle Engineers to produce scalable software solutions. This role will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the software design and Architecture, working on AWS\Azure , building frameworks that will need to scale across multiple products. The role requires familiarity with Agile methodologies, a knack for visual design and utility and knowledge of CI/CD with a TDD mindset.

What You Will Do:
• Proficient with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#,NodeJS\ReactJS
• Experience in developing microservices and containerized application
• Experience in working on distributed systems and app dev targeting serverless architecture
• Experience with web development, windows development, app dev targeting public Cloud platforms
• Experience with database including relational database design like MSSQL and NoSQL
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems (GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented application development techniques
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Effective communication of ideas and information, both verbally and in writing
• Take strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• Competence to work alone and with an appropriate level of supervision and guidance
• Capability to develop a strong working relationship with all the stakeholders of the product
• Ability to analyse information to identify problems and issues, and make effective decisions
• Ability to plan and organise workload efficiently, working to strict deadlines

What You Will Have:
• 10+ years of total experience in the industry
• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer
• 2-3 years of prior experience in designing and architecting solutions.
• Iterative software development awareness (Agile methodologies), working knowledge of JIRA
