Vacancy for Order Handler

Join us as an Order Handler based in Satara, who is responsible for the status of customer orders & load in the factory.

Drive customer order execution, according to the agreed plan and in line with our priorities of safety, quality, delivery and cost. Coordinate between different processes and support functions.

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Order Handler would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
• As owner secure the quality, via audit dialogues, and execution of the SOP’s
• By own presence drive performance of the team and employees.
• Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities.
• Be a link between the factory and segment /OMG.
• Provide the team with relevant information.
• Perform audits according to ALPS
• Customer DOT.
• Planning – Daily planning of orders for assembly.
• Customer complaints.
• Information to OMG /segment if any PHE will get delayed.
• Overall capacity planning.
• Proper follow-up on urgencies with team members.
• A3 Projects, PRP.
• Follow up with CU & SU TMs , Purchase for components.
• Coordinating with the customers, segments and sales offices.
• Reviewing customer orders for technical clarification and acknowledging the orders.
• Making the monthly plan and weekly plans to manufacturing.
• Technical support to the sales offices and the customer service center.
• Creating the product structures and item masters.
• Preparing and updating the gantt charts related to projects and informing to customers about the status of the project
• Coordinating with the purchase department for the material required for manufacturing for both local (non-standard) and imported material.
• Preparing order intake & pending order statement.
• Played a key role in revising basic parameters in the MOVEX.
• Creating item masters with respect to item type, category, safety levels.
• Making the product structures and matrices for the same to make them configuration of the products.
• Run the cost of product structure.
• Preparation of monthly production plan based on the material availability and capacity.
• Study of the GA drawings.
• Preparation of bill of material (BOM) and processing the manufacturing orders.
• Responsible for basic data parameters

Who you are?

As a person who deliver a cross functional service to the customer in order to meet the customer demands and secure a timely and accurate communication to the customer as well as within own organization.

What you can be?
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 2 to 4 Years of experience in the same field
• Good English both oral and written.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience of working with ERP systems
• Leadership and management skills and preferably experience.
