Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage order fulfillment for our e-commerce marketplace. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, coordination with logistics partners, and ensure timely dispatch.

Responsibilities:
• Process daily orders from e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth shipments.
• Update order status and resolve customer queries.
• Work with the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:
• Experience in order processing for e-commerce (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & order management tools.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

We are hiring an Inventory & FBA Shipment Executive to manage stock levels and handle FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments. The candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth FBA operations.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple marketplaces.
• Prepare and dispatch FBA shipments as per Amazon guidelines.
• Maintain inventory reports and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for restocking.
• Handle returns and damaged inventory efficiently.

Requirements:
• Experience in inventory management and FBA shipments (preferred).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for stock tracking.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
