About the Opportunity
You will develop and administer our annual Corporate Training Program, ensuring it aligns with our vision and objectives. Your expertise will guide us in delivering timely, accurate advice and support for learning and development initiatives that support a culture of learning. You will be instrumental in coordinating initiatives that reinforce our organisational culture, ensuring it remains aligned with our core values.
Additionally, you will maintain and manage key databases and software systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless operations across performance, learning management, and HR systems. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $74.2K (Band 5) plus superannuation.
About You
You will ideally have qualifications or relevant experience in a Learning and Development role. You will have the ability to influence, promote new ideas and be able to demonstrate your skills in supporting the delivery of projects. Excel reporting skills will be highly regarded. Technical proficiency in operating learning management and performance management platforms, preferably PageUp, are also an advantage.
