• Respond to feedback and inquiries with professionalism and care
• Analyze sentiment and provide actionable insights to internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service to elevate our brand voice
• Strategically address negative reviews and enhance customer engagement
• Track and report ORM efforts and effectiveness
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in ORM, social media, or related roles
• Strong writing, analysis, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ORM tools and digital platforms
• A tactful, composed, and highly organized approach
