Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Outbound lead generation individual with a unique experience in B2B industry ex. all FinServ, Education, Retail, and Managed Services industries. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. It's essential they build relationships and networks among the target segment.

This candidate should be a self-starter with a "GROWTH MINDSET" willing to learn and adapt to any situation.He/She should have a strong, can-do attitude in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess sales and technical expertise and engagement skills from a CXO level to technical and operations staff. The Lead Generating expert will be a solid analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with good communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our offering and also pitch them to the right person at the right time
• Build a network and a strong relationship
• Should be an active market researcher and understand the trends.
• Should come up with plans/ideas strategically.
• Research, track, maintain and update leads
• Make outgoing calls to develop new business
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Direct email to potential clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
