Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales - Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in outbound sales and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and messaging
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot)
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and opportunities
• Provide regular reporting on outbound sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in outbound sales

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of the sales process and sales metrics
• Demonstrated success in generating new business opportunities and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
• Ability to travel as needed

We prefer candidates with IT, SaaS, IaaS or PaaS industry experience.

Location: Candidate can choose between our Pune, Mumbai and Nashik offices. Fully remote is currently not available for this role.
