Outbound Sales Specialist (Dual-Product Sales & Meeting Generation Role)
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our high-performing team in a dual-role position driving AI product sales and qualified meetings for our recruitment service division. Competitive compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential.
Primary Responsibilities
AI Product Sales
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Lead product demonstrations and sales meetings
• Manage client onboarding and retention
• Meet or exceed monthly new business targets
Recruitment Service Meeting Generation
• Generate and qualify meetings with decision-makers
• Conduct thorough discovery and qualification
• Maintain high meeting show rates
• Achieve monthly qualified meeting targets
Required Experience
• 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record exceeding quota
• Experience selling to HR/Talent/Department Heads
• Demonstrated success in high-activity environment
• History of managing complex sales cycles
• Strong experience with sales tech stack
