Location: Multiple Cities (Tier 1 and Tier 2; excluding Jaipur)

SkilliZee is a fast-growing K12 ed-tech venture focused on bridging the gap between school education and real-world demands. Through Harvard-style case studies, gamified learning, and offline in-school programs, we equip students from Grades 4–12 with essential life and meta-skills. Our programs are designed for both B2B (school partnerships) and B2C (direct-to-parent online offerings).
Role Overview:
As an Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for expanding SkilliZee’s presence in key markets beyond Jaipur by directly engaging with schools, educators, parents, and student communities. Your key role is to drive adoption of SkilliZee’s programs through strategic school tie-ups (B2B) and engaging parent networks (B2C) across assigned cities. You will work closely with the central team to execute outreach strategies and report on local dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:B2B – School Outreach:
• Identify and build a pipeline of prospective schools (CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE) in assigned cities.
• Visit school campuses and meet decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Coordinators) to present SkilliZee’s offline program offerings.
• Conduct school presentations, demos, and sample sessions to showcase the Harvard case study-based, gamified sessions.
• Negotiate partnership terms and assist in onboarding schools.
• Represent SkilliZee at school events, educational fairs, and local expos.
B2C – Parent & Community Outreach:
• Promote SkilliZee’s online life skill programs to parents through community meetings, parent events, local influencers, and societies.
• Collaborate with local tuition centers, parenting networks, and student hubs to generate B2C leads.
• Conduct seminars or info sessions for parents, showcasing success stories and program outcomes.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Operations & Reporting:
• Maintain CRM entries and regularly update progress.
• Share local market insights, parent/school feedback, and competitor updates with the central team.
• Could you help the content team in tailoring marketing material for local needs?
• Work closely with the digital marketing and admissions teams for lead follow-up and conversion.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in school outreach, sales, or community development (Ed-tech, NGO, or Education sector preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned cities.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Fluent in English and the local language of the city (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, etc.).
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
• Number of schools onboarded per month (B2B).
• Number of parents enrolled in online programs (B2C).
• Number of outreach events conducted.
• Lead-to-conversion ratio.
• Feedback quality from schools and parent networks.
