We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Outreach Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach events aimed at engaging the public, building awareness for charitable causes, and enhancing our clients’ brand presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about events and making a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of outreach events, including event setup, on-site logistics, and breakdown, ensuring smooth event execution
• Community Engagement: Interact with community members, educate them about the cause or brand, and encourage participation in the event activities
• Promotional Activities: Distribute marketing materials, assist in product/service demonstrations, and represent our clients in a professional and engaging manner
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for our clients, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times
• Administrative Support: Assist in managing event supplies, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback from event participants to assess the success of the outreach efforts
• Collaboration: Work closely with the event coordination team, marketing specialists, and client representatives to ensure goals are met and expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire community members
• Enthusiasm for event planning and a passion for charitable causes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and evenings, as many events are held outside traditional business hours
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or community outreach is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend events at various locations
