Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven outside sales representatives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by connecting with companies in need of digital marketing services.
The role focuses on identifying potential leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals. This position requires a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Outside sales representatives are hired as independent contractors and are paid a commission on each project completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation - Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients (cold calling, emailing, networking, etc.).
Sales Outreach: Effectively present and pitch digital marketing services to B2B clients.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
Sales Strategy Development - Work closely with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies, improve the sales process, and create customized sales proposals.
Pipeline Management - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring follow-ups and maintaining a clear sales pipeline.
Market Research - Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions, identifying new sales opportunities and sectors.
Reporting - Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity, progress toward targets, and key metrics to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfort with remote work and managing client interactions.
• Proficiency in presenting solutions to senior-level decision-makers.
