Technical Reading: Interpret diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to establish work procedures
Inspection and Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes, ensuring optimal functionality
Component Repair: Repair hoists and various pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components
Knowledge Maintenance: Continuously enhance knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems through ongoing training, industry workshops, and technical literature
Preventative Maintenance: Implement a preventative maintenance program for both onshore and offshore cranes
Market Awareness: Monitor competitive activities and contribute positively to the company’s image and reputation
Tool Management: Manage and maintain assigned tools and equipment effectively
Driving Compliance: Adhere to driving guidelines for the assigned company vehicle
Component Identification: Accurately identify all types of crane components
Parts Management: Identify and request necessary replacement parts to facilitate repairs
Documentation: Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
Safety Compliance: Understand and comply with all safety and environmental regulations
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, within the physical constraints of the role

Position: Overhead Crane Mechanic
Main Responsibilities:
