Job Description

As a Warehouse Assistant, you would be responsible to ensure a high level of accuracy with product management, as well as safe custody/storage of business assets. Candidates must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a safety focus and demonstrate a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in ColdHaus Direct’s daily inbound or outbound warehouse operations
Operate forklifts and motorized pallet jacks following company paid certification
Quality control to ensure accuracy of put aways and proper securement of product
Receive, check in and put away inbound stock in a timely and accurate manner
Replenish picking locations following FIFO and unload inbound trailers
Work within our fulfillment department for major brand order processing and E-commerce fulfillment
Assist customers at our facility for pickups and drop offs
Other duties as assigned by management
Help maintain our AA BRC rating, the highest food grade certification available
Qualifications

Minimum of three to five-years’ warehouse experience, and Secondary-school education is preferred
Experience operating forklifts and motorized pallet jacks is required
Punctual and reliable
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Results oriented
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ambition to want to learn new technology processes with scanning inbound and outbound packages
