Packaging Design Intern

Location: Remote (But Mumbai prefereable)

Duration: 1-3 Months.

Role Summary:

As a Packaging Design Intern, you will support our brand with your execuation skills to give life to concepts aligned with our visual identity. You should have 1 year of package design experience and a reasonable understanding of visual design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the brand owner to understand concepts. Brainstorm by asking questions to evaluate brand emotions, visual comms.
• Design visually appealing package for product line.
• Develop dielines, mockups, and final artwork for labels, boxes, sleeves, pouches, and more.
• Ensure all packaging designs are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and technically ready for print.
• Conduct trend research & mood boarding to keep packaging fresh and modern.
• Assist in creating 3D mockups and visualizations for product presentations or marketing use.

Qualifications
• Collaborative in nature. Ability to take criticism & feedback.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic or visual design (internships/freelance also count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Has good idea of using AI tools for smartmockups.
• Knowledge of packaging structures, dielines, and pre-press requirements.
• Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and detail.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
