About The Opportunity

We invite applications from suitably experienced candidates to join our team at Detmold Packaging as Packers.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor and based at our Brompton site, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient packing of products while adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. This role involves achieving productivity targets and maintaining smooth production flow.

As Part Of Your Specific Responsibilities, You Will

Achieve productivity targets set for the packing process.
Maintain run speed and efficiency according to specifications.
Minimize downtimes by finding better ways to perform tasks.
Proactively prepare for upcoming jobs to ensure smooth production flow.
Communicate effectively about the scope of downtime, resources needed and accurately recover from issues.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety regulations
Follow reasonable instructions and use provided safety equipment.

About You

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental management.
The ability to follow safety protocols and report hazards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to meet productivity targets and maintain efficiency.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
