Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks

- Mix, match, and apply paint to various surfaces

- Use airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth and even finishes

- Apply stucco, concrete finishing, and other specialized coatings as needed

- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing or replacing damaged woodwork

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a painter or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities

- Ability to use airless paint spraying equipment effectively

- Familiarity with construction estimating for material and labor costs

- Proficiency in fixture installation and general maintenance person tasks is a plus

- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
