The Painter/Laborer will be responsible for executing painting jobs, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting with various construction tasks
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a smooth finish
Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces
Assist with fixture installation and ensure proper alignment and secure attachment
Execute stucco application and maintenance for exterior surfaces
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including caulking and drywall installation
Support masonry work by mixing materials and assisting with brick or stone placement
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards
